Guaresmarch

Guaresmarch is a region located in Central Roscrea that revolves around the River Frond. It contains some medium-sized mountains to the north, marking the end of its border with Country Roncore. It is known for its splendid views and perfect fruit that grows from its trees, making it a very suitable location for some of the best vineyards, wineries, and fruit farms in the Empire. many nobles also built estates in the region, causing it to be nicknamed "The Gentleman's Land." One of the most noble estates in the entire region belongs to the Dlarn family. Around the year 6540 3E, the Wine Tasting Guild established their headquarters in the region.

Geography

The region is defined by the start of the Weald in the west, the small Conurp Mountains in the north, Lake Frond in the south, and rolling hills in the east. River Frond almost splits the region in two and offers valuable trade and transportation to the region, as well as providing scenic locations for lake houses for nobles. The region is lightly forested, with trees becoming more abundant the further west one goes. The north of the region, near the Conurp Mountains, is more rocky and uninhabited than the rest of the region, while the south has great steppes broken by the river, and the east has hilly terrain.
