Musret
Musret is a city split by duty and devotion. On one hand, the city needs to maintain the Old Tel Zinc Mines so that East Bulan can continue to forge Brass, which while seemingly not as useful as other materials the disappearance of it would devastate the much of daily life.
In addition to being the "Zinc City", Musret is also known as the medicine capital of East Bulan. The tinctures, healing herbs, healing salves, potions and general devotion to Tuthos, God of Love in the city has led to a booming market for healing that is the most popular in East Bulan, and possibly the entire The Hallish Federation.
Even the Marquess of the Retsil Dukedom that rules the city is known to partake in some of the rituals that the Sporadic Enclave runs on a daily basis. The city itself is dedicated to respecting the natural life around each other, and specifically to enabling the city itself to grow. Buildings, while made of stone, are plastered with vines, moss and various fungus. Very little is actually useful in producing medicine, but the citizens are harsh to those who would remove any of it. It is in fact a crime to desecrate any plant-life in the city and the people will do their best to work around it.
Guilds and Factions
The Sporadic Enclave claims the The Sporadic Groves near Musret as their base, and their trade is centered in the city itself.
