(8) Not A Member ;(

So where we last left off, we where on a plane making our way to the Estate HQ. There is so much to talk about, so this journal may be long as balls, but bear with it plz. So first thing that happened. They took us to some waiting room and a few minutes later they lead us to some secret room where we talked with Katherine, one of the heads of the Estate. She explained the situation and im debating if I want to actually explain it. TLDR: We got reversed isekai incorrectly and they are confused as to why. They also offered their assistance against the demons IF, we joined them. Now, If they wanted to hire the majestic Gwynn and the lovey Nayata, they needed to make sure to agree with my conditions.
 
Condition numbero 1: They must provide the knowledge of this world, free of charge.
Condition B: If they assist us with the demons, we will assist them with whatever they need.
Condition san: They need to figure out how to get us home, and if we chose, we are free to leave Earth with no strings attached.
Now for some personal conditions:
Condition 5+ (-x^0) : The members of the squad (me, the paladin, Nayata, and the demon dude) shall be referred to as The Flamingos with our own individual names.
Pink Flamingo = Me, Golden Flamingo = Gwynn, Green Flamingo = Nayata, Red Flamingo = Demon Dude
Condition 6: I want money, so I did some research and there is this tournament that offers 1 million to the winner, but thats kinda of a lie. There is two ways to win that money, a $25,000 installment for over 40 years, or a Lump sum of $300,000. Dont know about you, but ima take the lump sum. You might be wondering why I want this money, how will this be useful? Well my good sir, they me explain.
 
1 gram of gold is = $55.59
if we divide the Lump sum of $300,000 by the cost of 1 gram of gold, we get 5,396.65 grams of gold
for you imperials *ugh* , thats 11.98 pounds of gold
In my world (called Fantos) all the coins way the same, which is 1/3 oz.
So now if we convert the grams to oz, we will have 190.36 oz of gold
If we divide the total grams of gold we have, that would be a whopping
571.08 GOLD COINS!!!!!!
 
Now to be fair, I dont know how much that is, cause ive only been in Fantos for a few days, but gold is gold fam
PS: the tournament im talking about is Americas Got Talent
NOW, last but not least, condition 5: remember on episode 0 when I saved a girl and got Isekaied, yah, I want to find her and make sure she is chillin.
 
Some how, she agreed with my conditions. We signed some paper work and off to training it is.
 
The schedul is as followed:
Nayata trained with Katherine to learn about stuff (I didn't pay attention) and for her final test she needed to investigate a little girl (ill explain later)
Gwynn was suppose to train in fighting stuff with an instructor, but the instructor never did anything, so Gwynn became a twitch speed runner that played DOOM and the likes. For Gwynn's final test, he had to escort some dude and monster somewhere
I was with Hertzfeld, and he showed me around Seattle . For my test, I have to investigate a world that Hertzfeld made? I think.
By "we", I mean Gywnn and Nayata, learned English and a bit of how earth works.
 
During this month of training, I was pulled to the side by Katherine and she demanded me to explain what I was doing alive :O
She said that I died 2 years ago and that they have been watching me before. See I forget to explain this last time, but when I was on earth, they contacted me, told me that they have seen me go to different worlds and they offered me to join the Estate (essentially, they were stalking me). I gave them the condition that they must change their organizations name to The Flamingos, but they didn't. So I didn't join. She wanted to know who I was and what my mission is. I told her that Im just here to have fun, and that I need their help to find the girl I saved. Surprisingly, they already found her, so your welcome GM, I just created two side quests :P
 
NOW, its the end of the month and the final tests are here. Bear with me guys, this journal is almost done.
Nayata was first. There is this girl that created an advance piece of technology and the Estate wants us to figure out if she is an alien or something. As for our cover story, we are there to give her a prize for her achievements. The plane ride to where she is located is 6 hours, so naturally, as any normal person would do, I read about microwaves and heat, and literally everything that her science project was about. When we got there and we started talking about science stuff, I couldn't read her moms emotions, and when I asked for more personal question, the kid started to get nervous. We left it at that and made sure to tell the Estate what we found.
Gwynn's turn, he needed to escort a dude with monsters to some other place, half way, the dude and the monsters started to attack us. Luckily, Qwynn was next to them so I was able to use my ability to make them not move. So Nayata went to get some more Estate people. The situation was taken care of and that was that.
 
Both Nayata and Gwynn became full members of the estate, while I *sob* aM sTiLl *sob* nOt a *sob* MeMbeR *sob* ;(
