(2) Worthless Player

Ok, there is a lot to unpack so give me a few moment.

Ok, so continuing with the session. My plan is underway, we go down our path and I see 3 teen wanna be bandits with daggers drawn walking towards me and Joshua. I yelled as cued and started talking to these guys. I was able to stop them for 6 seconds (yes I was counting) and was waiting for the party. One of the teens, a smug ass, started walking towards me and right before he attacked Joshua stepped in front of me AND ONE PUNCHED THE FUCKING SHIT OUT OF THIS DUMB ASS. The "leader" started acting all tough and what not with some country accent, but the rogue bailed so hard. Once the rogue started running the leader also dipped. But then, OUT OF NOWHERE Gwalter Triston, the knight that agreed to help, came from behind and stopped them from running away. This whole encounter lasted about 10 seconds and 50 seconds later the party arrived. Illumine ask what happen, and I asked "WHERE THE HELL WHERE YOU?!". She said stuff happens but like, I could have died. She brushed it off but your boy (not using my name in third person) was pissed. We did some talking and I had another argument with Illumine cause she is a selfish ass that only cares about her self. After all of that, me and Nameless went with Joshua to finish returning the cart. I asked them if they can please wait patiently as I run my ass to Rose so I can tell her some stuff, they agreed so I booked it. I told rose not to listen to any of the party members and to let me handle the situation cause there is more then meets the eye. Thankfully she trusts me and she let me continue the investigation. I returned back and low key gave Nameless a note telling him about what I said to rose. We arrived at Joshua's house and we stayed the night. They didn't have that much food so I ate less than normal, but its all good. During the morning, we did the same thing. Me, Nameless and Joshua went to the warehouse, got some goods and went to the market place. Halfway into the day I went to see how Dominick was doing and helped him out a bit. After all of that, I went back to the market place and continued with the plan. This time though, on our way back I saw some barrels move and thought to my self that this is the real deal. I started talking loudly and slowly calming down, telling them that im just trying to help out this guy, etc. Sadly I failed to notice somebody coming up behind me and hit me behind my head. Sadly combat started but thankfully this time my party was actually here. So the plan was to capture them alive, BUT ILLUMINE'S DUMB ASS THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA TO BURN AND KILL ONE OF THEM SAYING THAT WE ONLY NEED TO CAPTURE ONE OF THEM. BUT GUESS WHAT, WHAT IF THE OTHERS ARNT AS WILLING TO COOPERATE AND WHAT IF THAT PERSON THAT DIED ACTUALLY HAD INFORMATION. Oof, she was about to die, literally was dead, but I reduced the damage she took, so that she wouldn't die, and then I stopped her from burning by telling her to stop drop and roll, and guess what, Illumine was mad that I didn't let someone that we needed to capture alive, die. Thankfully on her turn she surrendered. After combat I interrogated the girl that surrendered and she told me that this is her first time doing this job and that she doesn't know whats going on. What she did know was that she was to take the cart and deliver it to a location. I thanked her for the information and told her that when this is all over that I would help her start a new and honest life. Obviously we still needed to take them to the knights place but I would see them out when I finish this current problem. Before we left Nameless said that he would take the cart and go to the destination and wait to see who is there. After dropping off the bandits we dropped of Joshua and for whatever reason the session ended.
 
Side note, when we dropped off the bandits I offered a hand shake on the girl that gave me all of the information. She gave me one and told me that her name was Catherine Williams. I know that I asked her for her name in the beginning of the interrogation, but I did not let her talk because I was thinking really hard :P So I have come to a weird conclusion that this girl is a Tsundere. Oh boy.
