(1) Not an Isekai

by Your Boy

Heyo, welcome to my story on how I totally did not become a character of an Isekai. After my last adventure I decided to revisit an old world called Earth. I love this place man, so many amazing memes that time flies for me. When I arrived I started to travel around the world. The first stop was the US of A, the most freedom freedom has ever felt. Then to Canada, and mexico. Then I went to Europe and Asia which lead me to my final stop, Japan. While traveling through Japan there was a girl crossing the street, the cross light was green, meaning she had the right of way. But suddenly out of nowhere, TRUCK-KUN CAME FLYING IN, GIVING NO FUCKS ABOUT THE RIGHT OF WAY. Naturally, given that I'm in Japan, I ran to save her, pushing her away, getting hit by Truck-kun. Seconds later I died. not, my girlfriend (girl that's a friend) welcomed me back and told me that she has found a new world for me to help. She said that the demon king (and at this point I rolled my eyes) is gaining power and is started to attack the world, and that the gods have summoned 4 heroes. So you are to leave now, and your goal is to find your new companions and defeat the Demon King. After that I was on my way. Now that the prologe is out of the way. TO THE MAIN STORY
I was teleported to what I can only assume was an inn room. I went to the main area and asked the Innkeeper if she new where the church or any religion people are located here in the city. She pointed the way and off I went. When I arrived I was greeted to Adam, the head religion guy, and I asked him where I can find the 3 other heroes. He looked shocked but he regained his composer and told me of the situation (which I kinda already new based on what my female friend said). It all boiled down to me having the meet the other heroes at a certain location. We parted ways and left to the destination.
When I arrived I found, in my opinoin, THE BEST PARTY NA. We have a trap that is a healer as well as a poisoner (will be referred to as Trap). Then we got an amazonion Archer named Nayata, and, what I can only say, its the best Paladin in the History of Paladins, my boy, Gwynn, NO NOT GWYN, Gwynn. This man brought a frickin chariote, and is sparkling like Twilight Sparkle. We introduced our selves and then started to head into the demon continent. I few hours later we encountered a "gate" which had 2 demons guarding it. I convinced the party that I wanted to talk to them to avoid having to fight, but what I didn't take into account is that the gods of this world made demons to be 100% loyal to the Demon King and are immune to fear effects. Not knowing this, I started to talk with him. They didnt attack me at first, but THE TRAP TRIED TO INTIMIDATE HIM, and guess what. It didn't work. He started to attack us. Combat started but in 2-3 rounds the gave up. I went up to the demon (his name is Melrar), and the only thing that he said was that he was going to be reborn after death, but after that, IT TURNS OUT THE TRAP KILLED HIM, AND THE PALADIN DECAPITATED THE OTHER DEMON, CARVED HIS RELIGIOUS SYMBOL ON THE OTHER DEMON, AND HANGED HER BODY. Typical paladin. I told him that that was a bit to much, there still people after all. He then snapped his look at me and told me that demons are not people. This my friends, is not true. See, I am a man of the Dictionary, what ever the dictionary says is law (only if it works in my favor of course). I whipped out my dictionary, went to the Ps, and saw "people", and I quote the second definition of people:

people
/ˈpiːp(ə)l/
noun
2. the members of a particular nation, community, or ethnic group.

They are technically members of a particular nation, so by definition they are "people". and for further context I read the example sentence that the book provided. Quote "the native peoples of Canada". They looked confused and asked what Canada was, I told them I didn't know, and with there amazing detection skill, they said, AND I QUOTE! "Look, we don't know where demons are from, and we don't know where Canada is, so therefore, Demons are from Canada!" While we were debating demons and Canada, Melrar started to disappear SAO style. After a few extra minutes we continued on our journey. ULTRA FAST MODE CAUSE THIS JOURNAL IS ALREADY TO LONG.
We found demons attacking an Alaskan Bull Worm, I told the party I was not having that so we dipped and went around it. We arrived at the second gate and we lost a horse along the way. There was a big boy that did not speak common, so we just attacked them. During combat, the paladin became invincible for 5-6 rounds and became god for 6 seconds. After the fight, the paladin, again, carved his religious symbol on the big boy, while the other demons started to SAO themselves. In the way to progress there was a Big giant door, so we took the big giant sword from the big giant demon, and opened the big giant door with said big giant sword. After that, session ended.
sigh, that was a hell of a recap, I promise my player will make it shorter now that the prologue is out of the way.
