We made it to another manor - Southguard, owned by House Wode.

As we approached we noted that the place seems very well fortified. Weirdly, we also noted the grass grows sickly and dead near the place.

As far as I can tell they like drinking, being useless, and hating Darguun. Unfortunately, the shadowman can't read a room and nearly outed me. They were hospitable enough.

EW stole her axe back again, I think she bought a new one to send to mister butter fingers that she lost it to back in Green Haven - he certainly can't hold on to it.

Played a few games of chance with Sir Robert "Wobbly" Wode and the gang, totally fumbled a simple maneuver and got caught. Not sure why they were so upset, I was only cheating a little. Anyway, I wandered off, but Kabuto called me back to a "cheater's game", it was awesome. Even goody-two-shoes tried her hand. My skill carried the day though and I won back my money plus a little bonus.

Looks like we are going to get to stay a little extra, everyone is almost as tired of the rain as I am and so we are going to get a roof put on our cart.
