Provideniye

The Provideniye is a cargo vessel operating out of the Santeem Republic. It was the vessel that first carried the 5A 352 Santeem Aid Caravan from Endor Port to Port Surene and eventually Porgorag.

Description

The Provideniye is a wooden vessel of about 100 feet in length. There are three masts with sails for propulsion. The central mast has a crows nest equipped with a bell. There is rope rigging that leads from the deck to the crow's nest. The sails are a sun-bleached orange color. The main deck has two raised sections, one near the bow and one near the stern. Near to the wheel is a small, stone shrine.
For armaments, there is a catapult on the center of the main deck and a ballista on the forward deck that is kept loaded but in an unarmed position.
For cargo, the ship operates the loading and unloading of cargo using gangplanks and manual labor.

History

On 9 Madaet 5A 352, the Provideniye set sail from Endor Port out through the Dragon's Maw and the Leviathan Sea towards the Santeem Republic. The ship carried the Santeem Republic aid caravan along with Captain Levka Ruslan, Arwin, and Gertrude Oathenhammer.
On 23 Madaet 5A 352, the Provideniye arrived in Port Surene where it began taking on additional cargo.
On 25 Madaet 5A 352, Demitri arrived and joined the aid caravan, boarding the ship with the remaining cargo. Captain Ruslan gave a short speech on the main deck of the ship, and the Provideniye departed Port Surene southwards to the Leviathan Sea.
On 29 Madaet 5A 352, the Provideniye rounded the Rune Pike, where her crew encountered the Testudo under attack by a flock of harpies. The Provideniye moved to assist. After the battle, she continued sailing south.
On 1 Adroth 5A 352, the Provideniye arrived at Porgorag in the continent of Tarteria.
On 4 Adroth 5A 352, the Provideniye was loaded with Kelwin's Magical Toys and Concocted Wonders. The ship then departed Porgorag, heading back towards the Santeem Republic.
