Hisuijin

Hisuijin are a subgroup of Kitsune Folk, inhabiting Central, Southern, Northern and Eastern regions of The Fox Empire, named after the city of Hisui, which is the most influential city for this culture (and to the entire Kitsune Folk in this regard). It's easily the most important culture for the enitre The Fox Empire. It can be divided on 4 more subgroups, by their region, however the differences are rather marginal.   They ressemble what is written in Kitsune Folk article the most, with those details taken into the account:
  • Brown and black hair are the most common, but blonde, dark blonde and red hair are also not rare. About a half of the hisuijin have non-dark hair colors, with blonde hair being more common in the Nothern region while Red hair are more common in the South.
  • Small, but sizeble part of the Hisujin in the Southern region can have some of the traits like a bit darker skin, less flat nose, lower cheek bones, more round face and weaker monolid. Those traits are the result of some mixing with the neighbouring Neakhora Phili / Pracya Jata and is more common about the Southern nobility due to the political marriages among the elites.
  • Military of the South is organised in a way slightly resembling Neakhora Phili / Pracya Jata. Both lignuistic influence of the neighbors and such prominent role of the military in the society is seen in the south more than among other Hisuijin and the other Kitsune Folk.
  • Northern Hisuijin tend to be more sendetary due to colder climate favoring concentrated, stable settlements over spread of the population.
  • Eastern Hisuijin are less sendetary and spread out due to the vast grasslands common in the area, but not to the degree of Kusajin.
  • For the central Hisuijin, The Fox Goddess tend to be more important factor to value than for the rest.
Hisuijin have the most conctact with Kohakujin.
