Moorsland
A rolling expanse of moisture-deprived rock, sand and poor soil. The sand tends to form large, sharp fragments making the winds of this area particularly dangerous as fragments can cut at one's eyes.
Contrary to popular opinion, the Moorsland is not lifeless. It receives very little rainfall but moisture does seep through underground from the Dinga Hills and Lake Starfall to the north. It is usually tainted with poisonous minerals, heavily ladden with salt and silt. While this makes it unpalatable for humans it still allows the plants of the desert to occassionally bloom. When they do, they flower with a vibrance of color not seen anywhere else outside the Faewild.
