A small walled city, segmented by the bend of the rier around which it was built. A large clot of earth floats inexplicably above the city, a two-storey tower dangling from the underside. Rumor of recent days claim the local government has lost control of the criminal element

LOCATIONS

• The Keystone of Sareul [merchant district]: A giant white keystone hangs in the air high above the street, fixed and immovable. It is said that anyone who touches the keystone is protected from evil for a year and a day.
• The Hanging Tower [merchant district]: A two-storey tower of stone walls hangs upside-down from a floating earthmote. It is said to be haunted by the ghost of a female human mage named Mete, who once ruled the realm through dark sorcery.
• The Harlequin's House [temple district]: A heroic adventurer's tavern, entirely managed by squirrels.
• The Anah Gate [temple village]: An arch of weathered stone, within which lies a magical portal to the distant town of Anah.
