Shadar-kai
The Shadar-Kai and Elves that were born with a curse. The curse isn't fully understood but most think it is jealousy from Eladrin due to the abnormal season event that surrounds their birth.
Once a Shadar-kai is born The Queen of Ravens is informed (typically fearing her wrath if she is not told) and once the child reaches age they are made a Champion of the Raven
