When there was nothing, there became two.
This is from what scholars have been able to piece together as the proper timeline for the rise and fall of the Twin Creators. After the Creators' deaths, the world changed for the better and worse. After some of the greatest evils rose, heroes appeared to face them.
This was an age when the world had to learn to live without the protection of Garenthar, the gods were quieter, they didn't reach out as much. New evils were growing, and heroes were just beginning to stand.

After the warring tribes of the Southern Continent are brought under one rule, the noble warrior king Kristoff Daromar, he declared himself the King of the Southlands. For two-hundred years the Line of Daromar ruled the Southlands with an iron fist. After the last member of House Daromar passed, a cadet-dynasty formed from the numerous bastards Kristoff and his brothers had sired, House Daromin, stepped onto the Royal Stage, when the House Founder, Julius Daromin, had enforced his claim to the throne. The Daromin Dynasty would rule for the majority of the Kingdom's existence, and have members of both noble and malicious rule.

Ludlef Corland, a minor noble of no consequence, would forever scar Korrisia. With his dark powers fueled by the Void, he found the lost pages of Akorath the Undying, and forced open the door to the realm of dark, the realm of chaos, and unleashed Tulak'Drakul, the Emissary of the Void, who would seek to destroy all. The Glade Guardians intervened, and faced their nemesis in battle. Ludlef was empowered by the Void, granting him capabilities far beyond his frail body, but Ludlef did not stand alone, and was protected by Zeketh the Fallen, a corrupted Planetar who sought vengeance against the gods he named false. The Glade Guardians emerged victorious, and stopped the agents of darkness from casting a dark shadow over the continent, but at the loss of one of their greatest friends, Balarin Firestar.
With his existence threatened, the Lich Vecna forces his way out of Carceri with sheer willpower and desperation that he could truly be destroyed.

When diplomacy had all but failed, and the Southern Leaders demanded equal treatment and support from the Darominians to the North, Queen Eleanor Daromin attempted to arrest all members. The leaders fought back, and with the assistance of the Glade Guardians, were able to escape.
During the civil war, the Glade Guardians, with Solarion in hand, crowned Lyanna Ashglade and forever changed the world.
With Imrys' power unchallenged, he sought to drain the power of the Nexus, a central point of power that protected Korrisia from all external threats. Without the Nexus, Korrisia would quickly fall into despair as all manner of evil assaults the Prime Material Plane. The Glade Guardians, with assistance from Arcania, Archmage Balthasar Lupindrian, and Everqueen Ilynara, made a final assault on the Silver Tower to face down their nemesis.
With Imrys the Darkheart defeated, the tide of the Void stemmed, and Vecna once again forced back, the world could live at peace. There would still always be evil, but the world no longer needed the Glade Guardians to stand against all odds alone, for many heroes began to rise, and stand against those who would harm the weak.
With Daromin completely in ruins, many of those who survived Imrys' onslaught had no home. Roma Quisalor, a member of the legendary Glade Guardians offered a hand in support.

In the Astral Sea, travel has been halted almost entirely, with Murkul's agents searching and slaughtering endlessly. Myrkul continues to empower himself by drawing all fallen souls to his realm in Tartarus. It is said that all three seek to name Chosen, who are named to do the will of each of the brothers, and make their wishes reality.

After decades of living under the thumb of a tyrannical ruler, the Sons of Zhendul, an underground rebel organization rose up against the oppressive regime of Queen Namylarah of Drang, seeking to rip her off her throne, drive a knife into her heart, and restore the once glorious nation to prominence. The Rebellion would have been quashed by the Queen without much thought, but a particularly skilled group of adventurers threw a wrench into the mix, which led to a titanic battle at Castle Drang, which nearly led to the demise of the ancient dragon queen. Greater minds prevailed, and a ceasefire was reached. New information came to light, a greater understanding was achieved, and the rebellion ended within weeks. While blood was spilled, many lives were saved.
A nation-changing vote was held in the senate, by law the Lord Chancellor was deposed, but he declared the vote, and those who voted against him outside of the law. The Republic itself is in jeopardy.
After revealing themselves once more, working in the shadows since the fall of the Underlords, the Cult of the Bloody Daggers performed a ritual that tore the souls of hundreds from their bodies and shredded them down in order to break the celestial prison of Rak Tulkhesh, Underlord and child of Kormund. The Underlord broke free from his prison and annihilated the leaders of the Calemdarian College of Magic, the armies of Arcanum and Calemdar, and killed the remaining members of the Skywatchers. Since the battle of Old Calemdar, Rak Tulkhesh has not been seen again. It is said he wanders the Planes, bringing death and war wherever he lingers. Others believe he hunts for his siblings, aiming to awaken all Underlords to once again bring about Kormund's wrath.
After Rak Tulkhesh's escape from his prison, his need to spill the blood of mortals was unmatched. He sat, imprisoned, for thousands of years watching the bugs of this plane grow and spread. The first beings to stand in his way were the Skywatchers, a renowned and noble adventuring party who had just recently locked away the Archfey of Winter. Their bravery and boldness were no match for the Underlord, and they could not hold back this terror of ancient times. The party would meet its end. When the site of their demise was discovered, it was impossible to identify each of their bodies individually but most had known they entered the Mage College ruins to confront the monstrosity. They were interred with the highest honor befitting heroes of the realm, and songs are still sung of their deeds.
After the fall of the Calemdarian Army, the Republic was heavily weakened, many of Calemdar's people were destroyed by the newly awakened Underlord. Lord Aelzan, the newly elected Chancellor of the Republic, moved quickly and seized all power in the Republic, the Senate was destroyed by Aelzan's hand alone, and all remaining generals and Vassals immediately swore allegiance. Aelzan outlawed the Senate, and outlawed the Democratic laws that made the Republic what it was. The Republic of Calemdar was reformed into the Northern Empire.
Aelzan, now declared as Overlord Aelzan, declared war against all other sovereign nations of Korrisia. All nations were offered a chance to swear fealty, and each leader was offered a position as a Viceroy, each nation refused, and united together as a coalition to halt Aelzan's aggression. Over the next six years, Aelzan would see victory in nearly every battle, the Imperial generals were masterminds of strategy, Imperial Battle Wizards would rain fire and rock from the sky, and Imperial soldiers held the skill of veterans. The Imperial Army was primarily made up of those in the Northern Territories, conquered and forced into the army by Aelzan while the world focused on the Cult and Rak Tulkhesh. By the end, only Alithanar stood, and Aelzan demanded their surrender. When the Elves refused, Aelzan revealed the most powerful weapon in the Imperial Arsenal, Aelzan declared an Edict against the Elves. When the day arrived, the Elves still refused surrender, and Aelzan's magical edict had passed, the ground shook violently and shattered the beautiful Alithanaran island, killing thousands of Elves. In an effort to save the rest of the Elven people, the Phoenix King surrendered to Aelzan and was subsequently executed. The Age of Heroes had ended, now was the Age of The Tyrant.
After the death of the Skywatchers, and Rak Tulkhesh's victory against the mortal kingdoms of Korrisia, Lord Aelzan, the Chancellor of Calemdar seized power and through strategic and brutal might had conquered the entire world in a mere six years. Aelzan was declared the Overlord of the Empire of Korrisia and all fell under the Imperial flag.
The peaceful village of Kellarn, known by most as the village that greets you once you exit the Dhenbadir Runways, was set ablaze during a massive assault in the middle of the night. Screams and the clash of metal could be heard for what seemed like hours. Most of the denizens fled, and were hunted in the night. Several hundred made it to the nearby village of Yarrin, where they were protected by the Red Shields, Yarrin Militia, and Lawbinder Chalun himself, but none followed to Yarrin. The smoke of Kellarn could be seen for miles around.
A major planar event occurred in the Quisaloran Tier, a massive asteroid shifted into the Material Plane and moved overtop of the Village of Yarrin. The event was largely unnoticed due to an unknown illusion enchantment that hid the floating fortress from all. It wasn't until a group of adventurers boarded the floating asteroid and deactivated the enchantment that its presence became known to the Empire.
After departing from the Village of Yarrin and flying over the King's Crossing Estuary, the Galeweaver, ship of the Imperial Archon of Magic, Rhazora Stormsinger suffered a cataclysmic explosion, knocking the ship out of the sky. Strangely enough, half of the ship seemed to have completely disappeared. No survivors were found.
In the Northern Tier of the Empire, the largest city of the region came under attack by two unknown Spelljammer frigates, later identified as two Githyanki Assault Cruisers. The Cruisers unleashed a vicious salvo of void-cannon fire effectively destroying most of the city. The attack began approximately at sunrise, just as the Redshield Guards were rotating shifts. The initial blasts struck the Speaker's Palace, the Barracks, and the Armory. With at the very least 65% of the Redshields already eliminated, the Cruisers turned to fire on all structures that could potentially become concerning: Magic Item shops, blacksmiths and armorsmiths, even the Taverns should mercenaries or adventurers be inside. It is estimated that 55% of the city's population were killed in the 32 minutes that the Cruisers continually fired on the city. The Heroes of Yarrin were inside the city during the time of the siege, and had taken control of a Githyanki Skiff to board the enemy Cruisers in attempt to disable them.
Overlord Aelzan, the first being to completely dominate the entire world of Korrisia has died. After being removed from her throne when the ambitious Dragon Vrondiss launched her draconic invasion, Aelzan was forced to find safety in hands of the Guardians. Knowing that Vrondiss' actions were manipulated by more powerful entities, the Underlords, she needed to prepare the Guardians to face Cath Cathanna, the battle of all battles. Vrondiss was not their true foe, but the dreaded child of Kormund, Heirrath. Aelzan, revealing herself to be the last remnant of Nera, the returned mortal form of the Raven Queen, she bestowed her divine spark upon a member of the Guardians, diminishing her life force.
The Dragon Vrondiss, now with three Orbs of Dragonkind under her control exerts domination over Blue, Red, and White dragons. Her new draconic minions bring forth a massive army of dragonborn, kobolds, and other servants. Vrondiss uses this army to attack and conquer the Imperial City of Calemdar. The Overlord has disappeared, Vrondiss sits atop the throne, and her draconic forces begin spreading across the continent to cement her new reign.

When the Prime Deities sealed Heirrath in her prison, below Mt. Celestia, prophecies were created as part of the cost of the binding ritual. The First Prophecy was that the world's defenders would be wiped away, allowing chaos to reign. The second prophecy was that the world, in chaos, would be brought under the iron fist of one with good intention. The third prophecy would be that a new hero, of good and noble intention, would burn the scroll of sealing at the gates of the gods. The final prophecy was foretold that the world would ignite in flame against the rule of the supreme. Vrondiss, taking the throne of the Overlord and exerting her supreme reign over the world locked the Guardians, the last mortal hope for the world into rebelling out of necessity. The prophecies sealing Heirrath in her prison have been fulfilled, the final chains have shattered and the Thousand Hands of Hate is free. With Heirrath free, she was capable of easily shattering the prisons of her siblings, who brought all of their minions and forces ot bear. The Betrayer Gods, seeking this opportunity as a chance to join under the Underlords' banner and rid the world of their Prime Deity enemies, erupted from their realms. The Prime Deities lost all hope and were content to leave the world to its oblivion. Through the efforts of a group of noble heroes, the Guardians of Korrisia, they tracked Heirrath to her own realm where she amassed her power, and engaged her. In a moment of desperation, Heirrath summoned all of the Underlords and consumed their essence, becoming Heirrath the Calamity. The Guardians never faltered, and fought on, eventually using Aelzan's Divine Spark as the fuel to complete a ritual of binding, trapping Heirrath in her realm for eternity. The Cath Cathanna was not over, but it was enough to move the Prime Deities to action. The gods descended upon Korrisia to defend their faithful. The world is consumed by fire and death, demons pour from doorways opened across the planet. Angels descend from the heavens and fight in the streets side-by-side with the mortals they swore to defend. While the world burns, a ship of refugees, named Nera's Ark, a massive spelljammer has fled Korrisian space, travelling amongst the Crystal Spheres in search of a new home. Some of the Guardians joined these travelers, others have elected to stay and save what is left of their home.
