Districts

While the City State of Styx is broadly divided into its three Sektori ( Norrsidra, Lakesore and Zwistroad ) each of these is further split across a number of so called districts that each have their own local governmental structures as well as Law Enforcement in the form of the People's Guard Militias
The exact number of districts is debated as some consider the Sektorial Hearts to be their own districts while others don't.
