Utopian Kree
The Utopian Kree are a faction who emerged from the end of the Kree Civil War. They were founded by Noh-Varr.
They oppose both Kree rulers and the Cult of the Supreme Intelligence, following the Plex Intelligence, an Artifial Intelligence constructed using a back-up of Supreme Intelligence LIX which had been modified to remove the meglomania and fascistic tendencies which marked the later Supreme Intelligences.
Since the instilation of the Plex Intelligence in the Database, in the ruins of Hala, Utopians have begun returning to the largely abandonned Pama system, primarily to the planet of Kree-Pama.
Concerns have been raised about the possibility that remnants of the Transmode Virus may be present in the system, but to date there has been instances of infection.
Public Agenda
The build Hala-in-the-Highest by eliminating the weaknesses that lead to the downfall of the Kree Empire, Imperium, and Sons of Koth.
