Granolas III

Granolas III is relatively large for a habitable planet and although this increases the surface area allowing the occupier to build more structures, it increases the worlds gravitation (1.2g). As many Arcturus factions are not advanced enough in Graviton Wave Refraction to neutralize this, many have taken to simply living with the conditions, which is possible but morale draining. Some have adapted though. This typically happens after about 10 years of living on the world. (The Hyperion Federation refuses to reduce this as it gives other factions a chance to closely observe their technology)
The planet also has a decent amount of metal ore in its crust, so some mining stations have been constructed. The world is still not fully exhausted but a fraction of this has been used to build up infrastructure.
The planet has changed owners many times through history. The Alti Dominion Republic of Miasi and Hyperion Federation have all owned the planet at some point after being invaded and forced out of the planet. There are graves of many different species in the galaxy, of those who have fallen during these battles. Granolas III also has a diverse population because of this however. There are people from many HF species, Traxilax, humans (from both the HF and Miasi) and more, all living in the highly multicultural community. They do mostly have one thing in common: they are often attacked and conquered, but few factions try to kill those civilians living on the world so they have survived possibly multiple wars during their lifetimes.
