Pietr Blackberry

Pietr Blackberry is a Rabbitfolk Bard who was working at the Witchlight Carnival. It's only recently been brought to his attention that he has no memory from before he joined the Carnival eight years ago. The only family he really knows are the various Witchlight Hands, especially the displacer beast, Dirlagraun, whom he thinks of as his mother. He has faithfully served Mr. Witch and Mr. Light as one of the staff, recently working by playing the accordion and fiddle for various shows.
This year, as the Carnival was returning to Tol, and Pietr's contract was up for renewal, Mssrs. Witch & Light told him to consider his options, giving him until the day after the Carnival to decide whether he wanted to stay on his homeworld or continue in the Carnival's employ. While visiting the town of Kas Amnon, he met Rune Eyebright, Toby Toetufts, Alarias ap Nithodel, Gaspar Greenseeker, and Dawn. When Alarias mentioned their patron, Zybilna, Pietr, along with the others, all had childhood memories return of Zybilna improving his life...a heady feeling for someone who had previously remembered nothing before the Carnival. With his friends, Pietr traveled through the Feywild Domain of Prismeer, trying to aid that realm's true queen as the Witchlight Court. He had many adventures with his friends, fighting hags, helping giants to find romance, and traveling with strange companions. In the end, Zybilna, the rightful Queen of Prismeer, was freed. As with all the members of the Witchlight Court, Pietr wished for a way to return to the Witchlight Carnival any time he chose, and he received an enchanted golden ticket. Although he has recovered his memories, the Carnival remains home to him, and, while he planned to find his lost family and reconcile with them, he knows he will return.
