The Return

Yesterday we were preparing to tunnel to the centre of some alternate Earth to find some weird power source that would help return us to our world.
 
This morning we walked into the CSIRO in Canberra!
 
How the hell did we get back here???? Nobody can remember anything between the mole machine and walking into work at the CSIRO this morning.
And where did Klaus, James and the mysterious Russian woman from the bullet go?1
 
As we started to discuss what happened, we were summoned to see Mr. Smith.
 
Expecting the usual roasting and painful debrief, we were quite surprised when the first thing out of Rosemary's mouth was a frank and full description of how she knows that Mr. Smith is her father!!!!
 
Needless to say, there were mixed reactions, and we were 'advised" to go home and sleep on this.
 
The team decided to head off to the pub to discuss what happened further and then all stay at Rosemary's overnight for security. Something isn't quite right here.
 
After being sent to bed at 11:00pm by Rosemary, the strangest thing happened.
 
During the night we all found ourselves waking after very disconcerting event that led us to go to the kithchen for respite. As we slept, everyone was 'visited by apparitions ?' from their possible past:
 
Rosemary by a child she could not have given birth to as it would have been conceived after her late husband's death
Alice by a mysterious twin sister that she has no knowledge of
Frank by an alternative version of Maia who he now knows as his daughter that has full use of her legs
Sam by a past love tragically drowned
 
As we discussed out visions and were trying to work it all out, there came a knock on the door.
Dr McSwain, the psychiatrist was there, claiming to come to us with some important news related to our visions.
She explained that these visions are somehow linked to some alternate future where she told us that catastrophic events would occur.
With that she waved her hands and some image of a burning city appeared out of thin air.
 
What the hell is this all about? How did McSwain know about our visions, and how on Earth did she just do the picture thing in the air?
All she could tell us is that we have to seek out that other doctor (Milagre) who knows about parallel universe thingys.........
