Crestfall Ruins

Similar to other long forgotten sites dotted around the continents of Western Arkos, the Crestfall Ruins are believed to have been initially constructed as a Prometh research station. According to the few that have travered it, the site now only holds faded remnants of the work that was conducted in its dark underground halls, with much of the exterior having long since crumbled. The ruins hide a large underdark cavern beneath its stone surface, as well as an underground spring with a stream stemming from the ruins themselves, though local hunters have complained about getting sick after drinking from it.
The only recent signs of life near the southern Velant ruins are a small campsite that locals have occasionally seen nestled in the outer walls of the ruins, though it doesn't appear to be of any significance.
