Solite-Shou War of 1198
The Solite-Shou War was an ongoing conflict between the Sultanate of Regnum Solas, Kingdom of Leon, Kingdom of Asturas, disloyal Shou Daimyos, and the Shou Empire and its vassal Hayasaki.

Prewar Intelligence
Solite supply lines were first reported moving through Hokutani by imperial intelligence by mid March of 1198, with additional intelligence regarding troop movement under the Nanshu Mountains reported within a week. Unconfirmed reports of Aiwin Thedan possessing control of a Dragon emerged around the same time.Battles at Narasaki, Kitoi, Tokuyama
In early April of 1198, Deagon and Aiwin attacked Narasaki semi-successfully, although were ultimately repelled from the city - a decisive victory was won east of Kitoi by Morotada Fujiwara on Solite troops emerging from the underdark. After the disloyal Fumihiro Yamato fled Seito to Tokuyama, the Takeda Dynasty sacked parts of the city after being promised they would receive its lordship if they took it - they were repelled by Yamato troops days later, fighting a tactical retreat.Battle of Kōga Bay
Late on the 21st of April, a Leonese-Asturan fleet with the assistance of Deagon and Aiwin attacked the city of Teikyou, resulting in a major battle and a decisive victory for joint Fujiwara-Takeda Shou forces. Deagon was killed during the battle by Marina Zinyra.Conflict Slows, Siege at Tochu
By mid May, the conflict became centered on two fronts in Hayasaki and the eastern Shou Empire. The remnants of joint Leonese-Asturan forces from the Battle of Kōga Bay blockaded much of southern Hayasaki, while Aiwin's underdark forces fought for control of the mountains east of Kitoi and laid siege to the city of Touchu, leading to Shou victories in the mountains and Solite forces successfully occupying Touchu.Sora's Comet, Battle at Mt. The passing of the Centennial Comet proved decisive when Regnan forced launched an attack toward Narasaki during the zenith of its power. The battle resulted in a Shou victory after a number of prominent Regnan leaders were assassinated during the battle.War's End
The war ended when an internal coup of the Solite government occured in October of 1198, headed by Viseri Thedan. After Viseri took the throne, he quickly made peace with the Shou Empire, surrendering the lands of Hokutani to the empire and taking Myriell Anzai as his wife.
