Humans: Dragonblood

The Dragonblood Humans hail from Sailan and came into the existence during the Second Age, Godswar when the The Elder War  was waged. The humans of that time drank from the rivers, unbeknownst to them, it was stained with Jade Emperor's blood. While normally, it would have killed them or turned into monsters, the diluted form of his blood granted them great strength and over the generations, the Dragonblood Humans appeared. They have a distinct look to the other Human variations, some might say they're very distinguishable not only in the looks but also in their mannerism and way of speaking. The Dragonblood Humans were very loyal to the dragons and feel an urge to thank the dragons for their sacrifices over the millennia. While they are the most numerous in Sailan, they made a lot of different colonies and villages around the world.

On Tethys

The Dragonblood Human served loyally for millennia, since the foundation of the Jadeite Empire. The dragons know it very well and treat these humans better than other human variations. Thus, without them, the empire wouldn't have grown to such a number. However, while being distinct from other humans, they vary very much culturally between themselves as those from the northern Jadeite Empire will act and speak differently than those from Shidarezakura. The latter is the most populous nation of Dragonblood Humans that rejected the rule of dragons.
