Electric Dragon

Electric dragons are a species of dragon, and are one of the seventeen primary dragon types.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Electric dragons have the same basic anatomy as any dragon, but have no spines. Their horns and tails both zig-zag like lightning bolts and their claws are sharper than most other dragon species.

Genetics and Reproduction

Electric dragons reproduce sexually.

Growth Rate & Stages

Dragons mature very quickly at the start of their life, both physically and mentally. As time passes, this growth slows to a normal rate, and stays that way for the rest of their lives. During the first six years or so, dragons will grow at an incredible rate.

Ecology and Habitats

Electric dragons live in the cloud layer with storm and cloud dragons.

Dietary Needs and Habits

Like storm dragons, electric dragons feed from lightning and electricity.

Behaviour

Electric dragons are very excitable, and are always looking for something to do or somewhere to go. It's hard for other creatures and species of dragons to keep up, except for storm dragons. Strangely, electric dragons get along well with cloud dragons as well, despite their different speeds of living.
