Þamtic: Iðlía /ɪːðlijaː/
High-Æjalan: Hiþlandalð /hɪːθlandaːlð/
North-Jolþic: Ilðinarþ /ɪːlðɪːnarθ/ South-Jolþic: Iðlínalðra /ɪːðliːnaːlðra/ Erenic: Iðlívúm /ɪːðliːvum/
Iðlía Forest1 is the name given to the vast coniferous and mixed woodlands of western and northwestern Jælondis, between the Niþvú Sea to the west, Þjan Tundra to the north and Qug Mountains to the east, and gives way to temperate savanna and Maralon Steppe to the south.
Historically, the northern and central parts of the woodlands have primarily been home to Elves while the south-central and particularly the southern part were mostly home to Humans and to lesser extent Dwarves, but the latter part now remain deserted and crawling with the undead since the Fell Wars several decades ago, along with most of the region south of the forest.
Notable countries in the region include Jolþ, Ælea and Æjala to the north, Erenúm and Þamta in the central parts and western Orgoll to the east.

Geography
The northern part of Iðlía Forest is known as Þjaris, home to the Þjaric Elves whose culture developed in isolation for centuries and only opened up to the outside world relatively recently, while the central part is called Jútrilía, where the eponymous Jútrilían Elves live. Several major rivers flow through the region, most notably Ehó, Mænas, Njalpaða and Zúrta.
