This house is a mill with a house attached. The smell of warm bread emanates from the house.

- They grind grain into flour, of course, and goodwife also does some bread baking for the village.
- A large dog is kept inside the millhouse.
- These folk are of the Old Faith, pillars of the community, and tend to be cool toward strangers — suspicious with good cause.
