This well-crafted stone dwelling seems recently built. It is set off from the road by a low stone wall. No animals are seen, but some children are playing in the yard.

- The stonemason, another of the recent newcomers to Hommlet, built this home.
- His wife and two children are here, but he and his three apprentices are at work building the new castle on the low hillocks to the southeast (area 31).
