Also known as the Painted City, Walhamen pulls double duty as a wheat and corn based breadbasket, and as host to a minor college of transmutation known as the Primetheum of Simianthylenethus. Although the college places strict rules on interference with the lives, liberty, and wellbeing of the farmers that live within it, the Arcanists of the Primetheum often practice their arts using the town as a canvas, manifesting most often as diverse swatches of complimentary painted colors coating every surface. This practice is so common that the artwork has become part of the town’s celebrations, inviting initiate Primum to spend as much time practicing their artistic skills as they do their arcana. The architecture of the city heavily features two story homes and tall cylindrical towers, complimenting the grain silos and windmills that dot the landscape.
