Founded shortly after the schism between the Hacharwyddic Triumvirate in 33,179 BAI - the same event that resulted in the sun being split into three masses named the Mhelydraud - this Hynfaolan jungle exclave has always been predominantly and traditionally ruled by elves. Though other ancestries have some representation, the vast majority of important positions and levers of government in this city are controlled by elves who are loyal to an aggressively advancing agenda of growth, evolution, and adaptation. Zheni encourage the combination of the fundamental, ancient wisdom of their elven heritage, along with the strength and wits of those who believe that a brighter future is possible, many of whom are bestial folk such as shifters, minotaurs, leonin, and other anthropomorphic species. The architecture of this city is a beautiful mixture of living plants, stone, metal, and glasswork that shines brilliantly in sunlight. All of it is combined artfully with the natural features of the land, minimizing the need for digging or carving through terrain as opposed to resting against, among, or within it.
