Named for Commander Zelkor, this small collection of a handful of buildings is likely at the upper limit of what might be allowed to remain within the forest without drawing attention from the Incari of the Brume. Little more than an inn and a few shops behind a single stone wall blocking land access to a tiny archipelago between two joined rivers, it rests near several older, mysterious buildings that have somehow avoided Vrokíva’s unmaking. Zelkor’s Ferry, and the Bristleback family that own most of it, are well-positioned to take advantage of the new Age of Emergence, as adventurers and entrepreneurs seeking to exploit the eastern reaches of Gylidd will require rest and resupply. The log cabin architecture of Zelkor’s Ferry heavily favors function over aesthetic, sporting trunks from the Forest of Hope that in some cases are barely stripped of bark, although this is improving as the gold flows in from the west.
