Northern Kingdoms

The Northern Kingdoms is an umbrella term for the mannish, elven, and dwarven kingdoms in the northwest corner of Apenrike, above the Inner Sea.  They stretch from the North sea in the west, to the Wilderlands in the east.  First settled by elves and dwarves during the Great Dispersal, the kingdoms of Sylarbor and Skuffhimmel were old before the first human set foot on the peninsula.  And while the elves and dwarves came from Darthorion and Fellhem during the Unsettled Times, humans didn't make it to these shores until the end of the Age of Kings.   The royal houses of what is now the Coringian Empire settled is various locations around the peninsula after being pushed from Ankomst by the rapidly expanding Empire during the twilight of the Age of Kings.
