A massively populated planet and relatively wealthy city world, Mystra is home to Raven Financial a financial rival to Cirkadia Minor. It is technically a lease from House Moments, however this lease it really in the favor of Raven, as only they can pull out of the lease agreement. Moments still gains a great amount of money from the lease, but most of their money and power comes from their other ventures. They have realized working together has been greatly beneficial, and Raven Financial has come under the perview of House of Moments, and has become a banking network directly tied to the efforts of the Fourth Column.
Their assets are directly connected to funding colonial efforts throughout the Mid Rim, and Raven Financial also has very close ties to the leaders at Harrison Armory.
