Blasted Lands
Blasted Lands is a desolate zone located in the southern part of the Eastern Kingdoms. It was originally a lush jungle, but after the Dark Portal was opened by Gul'dan and the Horde, the land was destroyed by demonic magic, turning it into a barren wasteland. The zone is now home to various demons and their cultists, as well as the remnants of the once-mighty Shadow Council.
The Blasted Lands is a dangerous place for adventurers, as the demonic presence in the zone is still very strong. The demons that inhabit the area are powerful and relentless, and can pose a threat even to seasoned fighters. Additionally, the zone is also home to the Dark Portal, which still serves as a gateway between Azeroth and the shattered world of Outland.
Despite the dangers, the Blasted Lands still hold some interest for adventurers, as there are various ruins and ancient artifacts to be found throughout the zone. The Alliance and the Horde have both established bases in the area in order to study the demonic presence and attempt to push back against the forces of the Shadow Council.
