The Lower Felsoren Town Square

You're in the town square. It's somewhat cramped, and overflowing with refuse and other garbage. It features a small park nestled in the centre. As you walk along, you see a gnome with a goatee wearing strange navy coloured robes.
There's a guard that's eyeing the players suspiciously. There's also a noticeboard, which has various posters, requests, and announcements tacked to it.
