The Stumbling Dwarf

You make your way through the town of Felsoren until you come to a pub, which is called The Stumbling Dwarf, a somewhat cramped shabby gypsum pub with a red tiled roof that the locals know best for its good food.   The Stumbling Dwarf is a tall building, but not particularly spacious; the nice and well cleaned bar occupies the ground floor which is brightly lit, and you see a barmaid carrying a dish down from the stairs; the sign outside said that it had accommodation, so the beds must be on the third floor of the gypsum building. The seating in this tavern are benches that stretch across every table on each side. You can barely hear each other over the din of the other patrons, who are pretty rowdy. One elbows you in the ribs as they try to get around you to the bar.   Behind the counter is who you would assume to be the bartender, an aged man with a scar on the eye who is currently talking with a customer. You walk up to the bar, and strike up conversation with the man, who introduces himself as Soveliss Meliamne, the caretaker of The Stumbling Dwarf.   On offer today:
There's your standard beers, with the pub specialising in ales, which are allegedly quite good. As far as food is concerned, there's regular fare of it.   Tavern Entertainment:
A beggar offers to sing for a few coppers. You heard him singing to the last table. He's awful.   Passe-dix:
You see lithe elfish woman take three six-sided dice, and then roll them. She roars with pleasure as the dice come to a total of 17, and grabs her winnings from bony male elf who is holding a carrot. The dice moves to the next player, and the bony elf with the carrot (which clearly signifies who is acting as the banker) hands it to the next person in the circle, and everyone that's playing hands the new banker some coins. The player then rolls the dice, but only rolls a total of 9, which is met with extreme disappointment.   Accommodation:
The Stumbling Dwarf has 2 available rooms, which are somewhat cramped and filthy. Because this pub is priced for poor patrons, it will cost 1 Silver to stay here for the night.
