The Upper Felsoren Town Square

You're in the town square. It's huge and pretty, with lots of plants and fine vines. It features an in-the-round style stage currently prepped for some sort of stage show. As you stroll along, you see a tall male elf with wild, unkempt hair who is humming a sweet tune as he walks along.
There's some children that are playing with a dead frog. There's also a noticeboard, which has various posters, requests, and announcements tacked to it.
