The Blue Town Watchtower
You make your way down Princess Square, and enter The Blue Town Watchtower a brick building with a decently built planked roof. The Blue Town Watchtower is known for also housing the civil and criminal court building.
It is run by The Felsoren Proof Readers, who are very professional, and are known for being very good at their jobs. At the moment, an execution is taking place.
Felsoren is policed by The Blue Town Watchtower, rather than a separate guard. The guard is slightly underfunded, and their equipment sometimes falls into slight disrepair. Their officers are held accountable for their actions, though The Felsoren Proof Readers does not have the funding to perform regular training exercises.
One can recognise a member of The Blue Town Watchtower by the their attention to detail.
The person in charge is Yebe Turen, a compassionate barely a metre female gnome with large, knobbly knees. The two rooms of this office are connected by a small doorway. One room seems to mainly be used as a meeting or bookkeeping area. It contains a squat table covered in papers, with several writing implements scattered around. The other room seems to be used for storage, and is stocked with weapons and supplies. Most of the weapons seem to be well-maintained, but there are not a large number of spare weapons. The supplies are useful but limited.
The guardhouse is somewhat messy, with the worst of it concentrated in the cells, which are in need of a deep clean.
