Parandor Estate
An estate given to the Party following a successful quest given by Petrus the Green. It is covered in moss and vines and backs into a small clearing before the Black Woods.
Architecture
It has four rooms downstairs, including a full kitchen and a large dining area. Upstairs is four additional rooms (two bedrooms, a study, and a room that is filled with dead plants and a large window facing the garden) with a large balcony area that looks over part of the downstairs. Lastly, a cellar is in disrepair and looks to have held odds and ends.
There have been many alterations to the estate, including a large green house and a barn that houses two horses, several chickens, and other animals.
History
After investigation, and a goose-ghost chase, you found out that the original owners of the Estate were the Yellowcrests, a very old family of Drow. The patron of the family, Lord Viallis, held a dark secret and brought ruin to his family and nearly the whole town of Ofrary after attempting to summon an other-worldy being into Vaeruin.
