Captain's Log: Day 36
We've been at sea for over a month now and it's been mostly quiet since we left the storm behind us. With the new passengers, I mostly worry about the tension that has been developing between Bo and Naafoora. She keeps to herself as no one but Bo speaks her language and Bo doesn't trust her. He is trying to ignore her but the boat is only that big. I'm scared that he'll attack her again and I'll have to pick a side.
Other than that, both of the new crew members have been working their shifts. Moldal even taught Sparkos about guns. Grim and Sparkos build a contraption to catch fish and the rations will last us until we arrive. As far as I can tell, we're still in first place.
It's getting warmer and we've sailed past some small islands already. Our first contact in this new world was a merfolk merchand named Vad Dam. He trades with ships, towns and a city under the sea. This is very exciting and opens up new possibilities. Trade with a completely different civilization could be very lucrative.
