Massacre at Masterwork Masonry - Owner is Devil in Disguise

On the evening of the 3rd of August, an explosion and the sound of fighting could be heard coming from Masterwork Masonry in the dock district. Eyewitnesses report seeing a large and diverse group of heroic adventurers fighting what seemed to be living statues and a horned abomination controlling the statues and wielding powerful magic. The explosion was apparently a result of the dark magic of this foul being.

An anonymous source reports, that the enemy of these fearless protectors of Vulcrom, by many already called the Ragtag Heroes, was none other than a gilded devil formerly known as Martin Greyhood, owner of Masterwork Masonry. Through thorough investigation, they discovered the dark secret of Blackhood and his statues. Using his fiendish magic, he transformed innocent Vulcromites into statues, sold them for profit or made them fight for him. He is also responsible for the assassinations of the noble merchant Urvi and many others by the hand of famed assassin E, who was killed two weeks ago by adventurers.

The public is advised to be careful, as devils are known to be able to reappear from the circles of hell after their defeat. In that case, he will have to answer for his horrendous crimes against Vulcrom and its citizens. Anyone who owns a statue made by Martin Greyhood is asked to contact the guard for immediate disposal.
