Ending of the second day in first light was simple enough, nothing truly exciting after that fight with the horse gang, Just ferrying the surviving idiots into the cells (Sunny even asked Seven to spare them, she's hilarious) and wrapping up the final lead in the direction of the Apothecary. The visit to this Gilbert went about as expected, he folded and told the truth after some... persuasion. Apparently the horse gang forced him to make money with them, such bullshit. Well I don't really care, we managed to get a discount for his services using our information and positions, plus he was just a supplier, he's more useful out of Seven's grasp. After that was just the wind down for the day, a visit to the tavern to update Oil on our success, get ourselves an update on Deon's condition (something about those deaths must have hit her or something, maybe she's sad about losing brewers?). Anyways, we did some security work for Oil to keep the addicts under control and retired for the night to the frankly subpar living quarters.
Day three back in first light was both less and more exciting than the previous, I seperated from my fellow guards to start preparing for my eventual acquisition of alchemy supplies, just the bags to carry it all at this point (oh I also got a mortar and pestle for a 100% discount at the apothecary), they should be ready in a few days, I'll locate the rest of the items in the meantime.
But this is where the day gets interesting, as we pay a visit to first lights oldest inhabitant Argon. As it turns out however, the dwarf isn't quite in the condition for a chat, he was horrendously burnt, to the point I'm surprised he can live with the condition he's in, of particular note the burns are similar to what an alchemists fire might produce... curious.
Regardless, we got some information from the dwarfs caretaker Jake, chiefly:
