To fix up the house, it’ll be 300gp for the main house, 170gp for a 6th level spell for the baths, 70gp for the workshop, 100gp for fence, and 400gp for the cellar/magical ritual room.

Maximus also escaped with 38 jailed escapees, killed 60 guards on way out north gate. 60 is the lockdown amount that puts the city on lockdown, so no one could chase him.
Avelyn made good point that in the cold weather m killing the, is a great way for Maximus to create haunts to trap his path.
 
Due to the cold, may need to get cold weather and trackers to chase them.

Maximus has climbed the back wall into the Hitokiri camp, cut the ropes so we couldn’t follow.
 
Ryser scouting tells me that there’s a water slice down to an underground river, which would allow us to bypass into the middle of their camp. Via a water well.
 
So we all did the dumb and jumped - via a rope over the edge into the water in a trapeze swing. They’re all crazy and I have spite and a grudge.
 
And we lived. To find a grate at the entrance to the well. Thankfully, knock spell allowed Avelyn to pick the lock, and then pull ourselves into their well. Just in time to hear Maximus’s voice warning the Hitokiri we would be coming up the wall, while he’d take a 20min rest before keeping on moving.
