When the Antiheroes returned to Alen'dal from the Nine Hells, Thaddeus's sword unlocked the seal binding the Nasheein within the moon. Nasheein unleashed a maddening darkness that briefly covered the world until the Antiheroes were able to defeat her. The event came to be known as "the Starless Night."
After Nasheein was banished to the Far Realm and her maddening darkness dissipated, a nearby planet became visible through the new hole in the Moon. The planet was named "A002" , and organizations around the globe began studying it.
