The Sanctioned
The Sanctioned are a well regarded adventuring party that became active in the Kingdom of Velant beginning in 1006 3A. The group consists of individuals who had died, but were later resurrected by the Alphacian Alex / Arcturus by having an artificial Alphacian soul placed inside of them. This is not true for the Sanctioned member Kath Ivoire, who would join them later on.
The party credit the group's name to Rin Trueheart, who was the first individual to allow them access to restricted areas of Velant by "Sanctioning" them.
The group are most famous for winning the 326th annual Phoenix Games, stopping the plans of The Holy Light in Velant, restoring King Galvus Solidor II to the throne, and saving the world from the madness of Janus, the Lightbringer.
While the group has disbanded for the time being, its members made a promise to each other to meet back together at least once a year in Velant's capital of Rimora.
