Revivify
Effects
Resurrect a creature that the caster has witnessed die within the last scene. All statuses and conditions the body had prior to dying remain, the spell will not attach severed limbs or regrow them. If the creature is lacking body parts or organs integral for its survival—its head, for instance—the spell automatically fails. Coming back from the dead is an ordeal. The target takes medium wounds as they recover from the trauma.
