STAFF STRUCTURE



FOUNDER

Founders are the very owners of the server and their role implies watching over projects of the highest level, holding final say. However, they may be challenged by other Staff and their decisions discussed as this community is not run with absolute impunity. Should there be issues related to Staff and should one feel uncomfortable speaking with an Administrator or Coordinator, a Founder is to be contacted.

ADMINISTRATOR

Administrators are responsible for ensuring that all staff below their rank function properly as a team, that all volunteering staff can work in a safe and comfortable environment, take meeting notes that are taken during meetings, and liaise with DMs and MODs to carry out tasks. Admins are managers and supervisors in the creation of systems and projects for CROSSROADS.

MODERATOR

This role is responsible for overseeing and supporting the server's players with whatever needs they may have, including general help, whitelists, general server inquiries, player mediation/concerns, and meta concerns.
  1. MODERATOR COORDINATOR
    This role, which holds the same rank as the DM Coordinators, will be responsible for maintaining a secure server community. In addition, this position will be in charge of staff team and community moderating. In addition to overseeing and supporting the moderators, they will ensure that each ticket is reviewed impartially and fairly in terms of interactions between staff and players.

  2. TRIAL MODERATOR
    Someone who is undergoing testing for the full rank of Moderator has been awarded this post. They help all rank members and participate in staff decision-making.
 

DUNGEON MASTER

The main objective of this position is to develop events and narratives that the community can incorporate into their roleplay by constructing stories, establishing server lore, and addressing lore-related inquiries. The incumbent will be accountable for promoting events and producing a genuine D&D atmosphere on the server, with an emphasis on enhancing community participation.  
  1. DUNGEON MASTER COORDINATOR
    DM Coordinators are on the same level as Mod Coordinators, their role is to ensure the systems in place for Crossroads are viable, engaging and genuinely fun to experience for our players. They manage essential or important Roleplay related projects directly, this however does not only include the balance of PvP or PvE, it also comprehends research, events, rituals and economy, mastery and world systems.

  2. DUNGEON MASTER ADEPT
    This is a role assigned to a candidate who is being considered for the permanent grade. They support the rank-and-file and are involved in staff decisions.

SYSTEM DEV

This role is responsible for working together to develop systems in-house that will be used to power the server’s core functionality in RPR (Roleplay Redux), PvE systems, research, roleplay needed races, etc.

WEBSITE MANAGER

The author and manager of this world anvil who oversee's implimentation of all graded and agreed upon content written and created by those of the staff team from Founders to Dungeon adepts and System Dev's. They attempt to keep this information as current as possible.
