On a failed save, each target takes 2d8+Spellcasting Modifier points of Bludgeoning damage and is either pushed away from the caster or pulled towards the caster by 2 tiles. The caster chooses whether each target should be pushed or pulled. Any creature targeted by this spell gains the Wet status for 3 rounds, or until they take lightning or cold damage.
