Balvenya
Often called by its nickname, the Golden Coast, Balvenya is a stark contrast to the land directly above. While it has its own desolate areas, these fertile coastlines and smooth rolling forests and grasslands are some of the most fertile and beautiful landscapes the world over. With vibrant different coloration of the strange natural phenomenon of the southern area, different floral color patterns exist here that don't anywhere else.
Geography
A wide and short curl of land that spirals off in a few locations with smooth lines of islands spreading through them, the continent houses many denizens. On the western side of the great mountains lies a great and dark desert. A wasteland altered by the corruption of the Pit to the north. Traveling away, fertile grasslands, hills, and smooth rolling shorelines take up the southern and eastern lines of the small continent.
Fauna & Flora
The flora here are a good portion of the trade in and out of the location. Exotic fruits and vegetables grow here with their own unique coloration that provide excellent sources of nutrition and value to their markets they are traded into when harvested correctly. Even some of the natural trees have different vibrant purples, pinks, and blues of flowers and leaves that make the landscape almost alien in certain places.
The animals here in the southern area are not as violent as some of the other continents. With not as large of a swath open with how settled and established the continent is, no massive creatures exist on the mainland. A wide variety of smaller beasts, and especially mammals, dominate this landscape due to this. However, the waters around the continent, especially the south, a very different story.
Natural Resources
Natural resources here are not abundant in terms of materials of war and ore. Exotic flora exists as great value for trade, export, and bartering in many communities that trade inland or across the oceans. However, the name Golden Coast does come from somewhere. Along the eastern side of the continent lies nearly a thousand miles stretch of brilliant shimmering golden coastline. Rocks inlaid with gold, and nearly whole seems and huge masses of the precious mineral lie along the very profitable area of the world.
