Proving to right to entry
To enter the main battles and earn the Horns, Raknarun must first prove his worth by battling a series of lesser, yet formidable foes.
Combat: Raknarun fights in quick succession against several enemies, testing his skills and endurance.
Echoes of the Past
Description: After proving himself, Raknarun is approached by an old warrior who recognizes the fighting style. The warrior shares a story of a legendary fighter from Raknarun's clan who once fought in the arena.
Roleplay: Raknarun learns more about his clan's legacy, which may inspire or weigh heavily on him.
Rising Stakes
Description: As Raknarun advances through the ranks, the challenges become personal. One of the foes is a gladiator holding a grudge from a past skirmish or someone from his clan seeking to prove their own might.
Combat: Raknarun faces off against this familiar enemy, making the battle both physically and emotionally charged.
The Arena's True Purpose
Description: Raknarun discovers that the arena isn't just for sport. It's a place where powerful entities, including gods and archfey, seek champions for their causes. A mysterious figure offers Raknarun a chance to become such a champion.
Roleplay: Raknarun must decide whether to align with this entity or continue his quest solely for personal glory.
Battle for the Horns
Description: The final battle is at hand. The opponent is a reigning champion, known for their brutal strength and cunning strategy. The entire arena watches in anticipation.
Combat: A fierce battle ensues, pushing Raknarun to his limits. This combat should be tactical, requiring Raknarun to use all of his abilities and wits.
Crowning the Victor
Description: With the champion defeated, Raknarun is crowned with the Horns of Honor. The crowd roars in approval, and he is recognized as one of the mightiest warriors.
Roleplay: Raknarun can revel in his victory, but the weight of the choices he made and the future responsibilities as a chosen champion (if he accepted) loom large.
