District: Northern Heights

Northern Heights gets its name as the district is partially built upon hills and cliffs that rise higher than the land levels found elsewhere in the city. Property is expensive and well sought after, making the district home to the city's rich and elite. The cliffs overlook beautiful beaches and private docks. Large mansions and high expense shopping can be found all across the district. Similar to Midtown, it is also one of the safer districts, owing to a concentration of police enforcement and even private security from the city's upper echelons, although it is not devoid of problems - with a large amount of them caused by the more capricious nature of the rich.
