Session 10: Fuck. You. Chizire

We agreed to help Chizire steal some crickets. Why? No idea, we all knew it was a bad idea from the start and we all did it despite knowing that, I feel like I'm getting a sense of how his apparently large number of suitors must feel about him. OK, that's a little mean. I don't really feel like he manipulated us, I'm more frustrated we agreed than that he asked. Especially because i had to lie to teacher Ot. I hated that. He's so nice and I just knew how disappointed he would be if he knew. Hard not to feel like we've let him down. I don't feel even slightly bad about taking Ulawa's stuff though, and not just because we ended up getting permission. When Ruin opened up about her struggles to get to grips with the reading (as a distraction, but I don't think she was lying), Ulawa seemed minimally interested in helping. If she had said that the help Ruin needed would be unfair to other students and she couldn't offer her time to all of them, I would have understood. It wasn't so much that she was unwilling to devote ruin extra attention, it was that she didn't seem to be prioritising her students' success in her rationale. I see why Esi doesn't like her. Also, I suppose makes sense why she likes Chizire, a natural talent is probably fairly low effort to teach comparitively.
Illiara had to end up promising work to Ulawa to get the crickets, but Cizhire managed to pacify her anger by passing off that work (oddly enough to ignaci)
Ruin tried to convince us that she wasn't serious about needing help, so i told her that I would be taking the Fireday guided revision (no reason not to make use of such a useful resource) and so I hope she will schedule them as well. Be nice to study together, for all of us actually, I'll be glad of the classes I take with cohort mates because studying togeher will probably give us chances to talk when nothing big is going on.
 
Oh! one last thing, Illiara's birthday is just coming up and I've had an idea that could run me into a breif debt (most of my money is pretty spent atm) but with guaranteed regular income and work time scheduled in I think i can arrange it- (the rest is written in a sharp angular script that may be recognised as orcish, although in a finer script than foregiers would be used to)
