Vyrkova, Ruskovich (veer-KO-vah)

The capital city of Ruskovich. It is controlled by the current ruling family, and is also one of the wealthiest cities in that it is the seat of the Winter Court. Losing the Dukal seat, House Anchabadze would also lose claim to the city of Vyrkova as well. This has many of the other Houses seeing how this might benefit or hinder them.
