The Hospitality Accords
The Hospitality Accords, sometimes refered to as the Hospitality of Ioun is a set of laws that determines who may enter Sophia-Hold and the laws of hospitality in the neutral realm, where knowledge is paramount.
As per Sohpia-Hold statements, knowledge should be available for all who can have the power to wield it as knowledge is a dangerous thing. Thats why the Hospitality of Ioun was created.
Entities that are denied access
Individuals
Among many individuals, there are many that denied access, those can be such as Erins The Silent Death, Kairoz the Andorian and many rulers or betrayers of Ioun and Sophis.Organizations
Among the many organizations, one organizations which suprised many is The Liberators of Nobility. The Seekers of the Golden Dragon, were denied access, but in 972 AB, they had reached a compramise with Sophia-Hold, which allowed them to gain access again.Polities
While not all polities are aware of Sophia-Hold and thus do not have subscription, there are many organizations that are denied access;- One is a hidden one, called Nachtadel - only few of the people know that this organization is denied access.
- The Kadian Dominion - For atrocities and mainly The Skyfire Conflagration, the Dominion was denied access for deliberately hiding information and falsifying information for their gains. Many assume that the Dominion was denied since the Andorian Pantheon declared war upon the other pantheons and this was one instance for which Sophia-Hold, took side in the history.
- Ameros - The Amerosian government is under heavy fees for using loop-holes and information that shouldn't be used - Those loop holes were closed, but their subscription fee is large still.
- Wych Lands of Hexadömonir - While trying to hide themselves many times, The Lone Guardian had to be stopped by The Forest Cleaners for it was controlled by hags. This act enraged the Guardian and Sophia-Hold denied access.
- Mire of Otterbel - This polity was denied access due to its prohibited use of Demon magtic that was used.
Purpose
The Hospitiality is sometimes referred to as the constitution of Sophia-Hold, where they were established as a realm inside Nahrso Lómen.
The sole purpose was to declare the purpose of Sophia-Hold and later on, it had many sections that all were placed in a one large law that is complex for many lawyers to understand as it a law that is patched up several times to indicate how should foreign entities or foreign people achieve access to the knowledge to the libaries of Sophia-Hold.

Clauses
The Hospitalities dictate how do indiviudal gain access to the libararies and how do the offical examine the 'level' of knowledge that might go to the individual. Sometimes, knowledge as how to make mass poison, is deliberately sealed off from one if they are considered 'unhinged' or offensive to either the faith of Sophis or Ioun or simply 'unqualified' with handling that kind of knowledge.
In regards to polities or other organizations, the hospitalities do include in fact a test period and a considerable amount of subscription.

Every one that wants to gain entry to Sophia-Hold's vast libraries, should be a subscription fee or contribute substantial knowledge. The fee is determined by an Aeon which determined the value that should be gathered from the individual. Individuals may be investigated further if entry is to be granted, depends on The Lone Guardian of Sophia-Hold.Organizations

Organizations that abuse the knowledge are somewhat denied access from before hand. Organizations can investigated further by inquisitors of Ioun if the Lone Guardian desires so.
